These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TransmitterRecords.love (the “Site”), our products, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Orders and Payment
• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless noted.
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Third-party processors may collect and process your payment data subject to their own privacy policies.
• An order is an offer to purchase; we may refuse or cancel for any reason (stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes).
3. Shipping and Delivery
• We ship from Melbourne within two business days where stock is available. Estimated transit times shown at checkout are guidelines only.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Title passes when payment is received in full.
4. Returns and Consumer Guarantees
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost.
• Nothing in these Terms diminishes statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at our expense.
5. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by Australian and international IP laws.
• You may view, download, and print portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded we limit it to, at our option, resupply of the Services or refund of the amount paid.

Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 days from when you place your order for it to be processed. Everything is packed by hand with care. Delivery time will depend on your location. Once dispatched, your parcel will travel with your chosen carrier and tracking will be sent straight to your inbox.
Shipping Methods and Costs
• Standard Post (Australia-wide) – flat rate shown at checkout. Usually arrives within 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express Post (Australia-wide) – upgrade available at checkout. Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International – calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Timing varies depending on local postal services.
All shipping costs are displayed in AUD during checkout. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
• Item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at transmitterfamily@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we’ll email you a return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process it on their end.
